Thermally diffused coatings, available from the
TD Center®, are composed
of super pure, ultra-dense Vanadium Carbide. TD
will not flake, peel or
spall-off even under the most severe forces. TD
is also a great value
because tooling treated with Thermal Diffusion (TD)
coatings can have an
extended life of up to 800% or more than untreated
components. TD
Coating® works on metal forming tooling, draw
dies, tube mandrels,
carbide forms, shear and stab blades, punches, rolls,
tube mill rolls
and other steel surfaces. The TD Center offers two
advanced surface
treatments, VC and Nova3, with improved lubricity
and increased
hardness. |
